Activation
Put the key on the processor.
- Download the .rtidriver file from the driver page and add it in Integration Designer with the usual driver import.
- Program the job the way you would any other driver. The download does not require a key.
- At checkout, enter the processor MAC. Pay in Stripe Checkout. You come back to an order page that shows the key when the webhook has issued it. The same key is emailed to the address you entered.
- If you close that page, open it again with the order number from the email:
/order/?order=followed by the order id. The driver’s Activate License action, when a build includes it, callsGET /api/v1/license/plus that order id and pastes the key for you. - Until that config script ships, paste the key into the driver’s License Key setting by hand. The 2026.10.29.5 downloads do not have the Activate License script, and they do not check the key yet.
What the order endpoint returns
GET https://rtidrivers.dsotechnologies.com/api/v1/license/<order id> returns JSON.
While Stripe has not finished, key is null and status is pending.
When the key exists, status is issued and key is the full DSO1.… string.
A refunded order returns a null key. The endpoint is the same one the success page polls.
Lost the email? Use the order number on the order page, or write dan@dsotechnologies.com from the address on the order.
