Transfer

Move a license to a replacement processor.

A transfer is for a new or replacement processor on the same order. It signs a new key for the new MAC, revokes the old license, and emails the new key. The old key still verifies cryptographically. The next check-in answers revoked, so take the old key off the old processor. You get 3 transfers in any rolling 365 days, counted on the order. A transfer does not reset the count.

The email has to match the order. A refunded order cannot be transferred. If you have used the year’s transfers, email Dan with the order number.
