Terms of sale and refunds.

These terms cover driver licenses sold at rtidrivers.dsotechnologies.com by DSO Technologies, 200 Abbey Lane, Logan Township, NJ 08085.

What you are buying

$149 USD buys one license: one named driver, one processor MAC, standard edition, no expiry date unless a key says otherwise. The download is free. You may install the driver file to program and demonstrate a job. On a build that enforces licensing, an unlicensed processor runs 120 minutes per boot. The files published from workbench 2026.10.29.5 do not enforce that yet.

Refunds

Email dan@dsotechnologies.com within 14 days of payment, from the address on the order, or use the Stripe receipt. A refund or a card dispute revokes the license. The key then fails check-in as revoked, and removing the key returns the driver to the trial on a build that enforces it. The driver file is yours to keep for evaluation. A refund does not require you to delete it.

Transfers

The buyer may move the license to a different processor MAC 3 times in any 365 days, using the email on the order. DSO can refuse further moves when that limit is used up, and can still help when a processor fails. NFR keys are not for paid client jobs and are not refundable because they are not charged.

Honest limit of the file

A .rtidriver file is a package of script and XML. Someone can unpack it and read the JavaScript. The license is enforced by the driver you install, not by hiding the file. Do not redistribute DSO driver files or keys. A key is not a secret from the person who owns the processor it is bound to.

Payments and privacy

Stripe charges the card. DSO stores the order email, the processor MAC, the driver id, the signed key, and check-in records. DSO does not store the card number. See the privacy policy on the main site.
